What is your return policy if I receive a defective cartridge?

EBE Office Solutions warranties everything we sell. We want the buying process to come without the fear of purchasing from someone who doesn’t stand behind their product. Simply give us a call and let us know what product you purchased and how it is defective. We will replace the cartridge with an equal product or upgrade it at no additional cost. In addition, we will send to you a UPS Return Label (RMA) so you can return the defective product to us. Empty cartridges are not covered under the warranty.

 
How long will it take for me to receive the product?

Currently, most of the products are drop shipped from our suppliers. Please allow three work days to receive your supply orders and two weeks for equipment orders. If you need anything expedited, please call in your order at 913-577-8100.

 
What are your shipping rates? 

We have a fixed rate of $5.50 per order for UPS Ground orders. On the last page in the order process, you are given the choice to choose “Shipping Options.”  Your other two choices will include “UPS Second Day Air” and “UPS Next Day Air.” The price of shipping to your zip code will be reflected next to each option.

      
What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Other terms are also available for repeat clients.
